In yet another incident of nursing home neglect and abuse, a Washington state group home had its license permanently revoked by the state. Despite fear of retaliation, one of the residents reported anger, yelling and harsh grabbing by Carol Winters, operator of Carol’s County Touch. Further investigation found similar complaints by other residents, as well as reports from employees of the owner’s practices. Luckily, this home was reported before there were serious injuries, but that is not always the case.
