20 Mar 13-Year-Old Cyclist Knocked Unconscious in Hit-and-Run

The Dallas Morning News reported late last night that a 13-year-old Rowlett boy was struck by a hit-and-run driver while riding his bicycle. The driver, a 16-year-old female fled the scene and was later arrested for charges of failure to stop and render aid.
