Dallas Attorney Jeff Rasansky Named One of Nation’s Top Lawyers

9/27/2007 - DALLAS – Dallas attorney Jeff Rasansky is adding yet another honor to his long list of professional accomplishments after being named among the 2007 Lawdragon Leading Lawyers in America.

Lawdragon is a legal publisher that issues quarterly print and online guides to the finest attorneys in the country. To put together this year’s list, editors from Lawdragon interviewed thousands of legal professionals about who they believed to be the country’s top attorneys. When the final list was complete, only 3,000 attorneys from across the country were chosen.

To put this unique honor in perspective, Jeff is ranked among roughly the top.05 percent of all attorneys in the country. Other rankings such as the annual Texas Super Lawyers list recognizes nearly 5,000 attorneys in Texas alone, and the Best Lawyers in America listing includes nearly 30,000 attorneys. This marks the second Lawdragon honor for Mr. Rasansky, who earlier this year earned a spot among the publication’s 500 Leading Plaintiffs’ Lawyers in America. After earning his law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1990, Mr. Rasansky joined a downtown Dallas firm where he learned the legal tactics used by large insurance companies, hospitals and nursing homes. In 1994, he formed the Rasansky Law Firm. Since then, his firm exclusively has represented individuals in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, products liability, overtime pay, and serious vehicle accidents.
