Jeff Rasansky Again Recognized as One of the Top Plaintiffs' Attorneys in America

DALLAS - Once again, Dallas attorney Jeff Rasansky has been honored as one of the top lawyers in the country, earning a spot on the prestigious Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiffs? Lawyers in America list.

First published in 2005, Lawdragon is a quarterly publication and online guide to the country?s top attorneys. The Leading Plaintiffs? Lawyers in America list is available in the Winter 2007 issue and online at www.lawdragon.com.

"My driving factor in practicing law is to make sure my clients get a just result when they?re involved in the legal system," says Mr. Rasansky, founder of Dallas? The Rasansky Law Firm. "To have other attorneys nominate me based on my work is a tremendous honor."

To compile the list, Lawdragon utilized online balloting and independent research involving interviews with thousands of lawyers nationwide. Those named to the list represent approximately one tenth of one percent of attorneys in the United States.

Earning honors is nothing new for Mr. Rasansky. Texas Monthly magazine has named him a Texas Super Lawyer each of the past four years, and D Magazine has named him one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas as well as one of the city?s Best Lawyers Under 40. In 2001, Texas Lawyer newspaper named him to its "40 Under 40" list of top young lawyers in the state.

After earning his law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1990, Mr. Rasansky joined a downtown Dallas firm where he learned the legal tactics used by large insurance companies, hospitals and nursing homes. In 1994, he formed The Rasansky Law Firm. Since then, his firm exclusively has represented individuals in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, products liability, overtime pay, and serious vehicle accidents.
