Nursing Home Abuse & Neglect

Some of the saddest cases we see deal with our most precious citizens, our elderly loved ones, and it's sad because nursing home owners and operators placeprofits over health care. they put money into their pockets instead of placing that money into providing for quality services, training nurses, providing for residents who need care in their most fragile conditions.

In the cases we handle, the staff are overworked, underpaid and in most of our cases they're just not qualified to take care of our loved ones. In a lot of the cases I handle, the staff is underqualified, underpaid and just not competent or qualified to take care of the patients in the way we want them to be handled.
